REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love all your purchases from PrettyBarb Collection. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do for free unlimited returns for store credit & exchanges on your order and send it back for free if it doesn’t work! This is only compatible with our website at this time.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You can still return like normal through the shipping portal here and purchase a label through them for discounted shipping rates.
International order returns do not qualify for re;do returns, and the customer will be accountable for all international return shipping expenses.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not provide refunds, however, returns are accepted within 14 days and subject to store credit. See details below:
- Returns must be returned within 14 days from the shipment delivery date. Please submit your return here.
- Returns will automatically be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card unless the return is caused by PrettyBarb Collection.
- Returns received more than 14 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender.
- Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
- All items being returned must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang tags.
- PrettyBarb Collection has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes/bags & hangtags, or our return policy.
- If your return is not accepted, you may be shipped back the order.
- If your return is not accepted and you do not wish to receive the returned item back, you may agree to a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the order items. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total and issued in the form of an E-gift card.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will NOT be accepted and are FINAL SALE!
- Refunds will ONLY be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order when a return falls under the fault of PrettyBarb Collection. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- Damaged items must be reported within three days of the delivery of your order. Please email us at info@prettybarbcollection.com with photos of any damage. Damaged or defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.
- PrettyBarb Collection is NOT liable for any packages that may become lost in transit or stolen. Contact UPS/USPS directly, should your return become lost or stolen.
- If you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local UPS/USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local UPS/USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule re-delivery, UPS/USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to re-ship your order.
